Today I did some research on the tiny blisters on my hands. I found out they are called Dyshidrosis. Sometimes I get these, but there are usually only a few of them. This time I have a lot of them and as usual, they itch like crazy.
I decided that today would be the last day on the cleanse, and I will see if going off the cleanse will help with the blister issues. I did the minimum ten days on the cleanse, at least. Heck, I even went longer than 14 days, which is what I believe Beyonce did.
