Eyeliner in a Pinch

Have you ever been putting on your makeup and come to find that you've run out of eyeliner or misplaced it? In a pinch, try using wet eyeshadow as a liner. Drugstores carry the cotton-tipped swabs where one end is pointed. You can moisten that tip, and use it to apply a dark shade of eyeshadow.
It usually stays on pretty well.
