Scale this morning read that 10 pounds are now gone. I'm still feeling great. No salt water flush this morning. I didn't do it because I forgot to drink the tea last night before I went to bed. So this morning when I got up, I had the tea.
Some people in the forums complain of a coated tongue when they are on the cleanse. That hasn't happened to me, thank goodness.
